Parseur is a cloud-based document and email parsing tool that extracts structured data from unstructured sources like emails, PDF attachments, and other document formats. In simple terms, it reads documents the way a human would, identifies the important fields such as customer name, order number, line items, quantities, and prices, and outputs that data in a clean, structured format that other software tools can use. Parseur eliminates the need for manual data entry by turning incoming documents into usable data automatically.
The way Parseur works is template-based. You create parsing templates that define which fields to extract from which areas of a document. For example, you might create a template that tells Parseur to find the PO number in the top-right corner, the shipping address below the header, and the line item table in the middle of the page. When a new document arrives that matches this layout, Parseur applies the template, extracts every defined field, and sends the structured data to your connected tools via webhook or direct integration.

Finally, the extracted data is sent to downstream tools like Make.com, Zapier, Google Sheets, or any system that accepts webhooks.
